The CCB website is always being updated and improved in order to provide our certified professionals and candidates to access much of the information you need without having to call or email the staff directly. In addition to all initial applications and standards, renewal applications and standards are also available. The website allows you to get information about and register for Certification Overview and Exam Prep events, verify a credential for an employee, check renewal dates for all of your credentials, make secure online payments and even get information on practice exam products. All of this valuable information is accessible 24 hours a day with the click of a mouse. Often, we receive calls and emails with questions that individuals can secure the answers to by simply accessing the CCB website. In order to encourage increased use of available resource, the CCB staff, when appropriate, will be referring callers to the site to access the information they need. We understand that this may seem to be an inconvenience for some, but as professionals, if we expect our clients to seek out the information they need, then we must be willing to do it ourselves.
During weekly coaching sessions, the staff will review any documentation that applicants have to see if it meets the identified standards. Often professionals will fax over information for us to review as well. If you have an active CCB Registry or credential, we will continue to provide this service at no cost. Transcript and documentation review for professionals who have not completed the Registry process (or already hold a credential) will now require a $20 fee. This does not apply to individuals who attend the full day Certification Process Overview courses when information can be reviewed at the end of the training day.
